ABOUT THE ARTIST

Morgan Bass is a visual journalist based out of Bowling Green, Kentucky. They are a junior in the photojournalism program at Western Kentucky University.

Having grown up in the south, Morgan is no stranger to strangers. Everyone has a story and they are determined to hear it.

Morgan got their first camera at the age of eight, and continued to use it as a creative outlet until further developing their skills in a darkroom photography class in high school. It was in the darkroom that Morgan felt the magic of photography, and never looked back.

Now working as the Talisman Magazine photo editor, Morgan is responsible for leading a staff of photographers in creating the semesterly publication.
